As Business Analyst, you will be the contact point for our customers and for your team for all functional aspects and knowledge of the project. Your main responsibilities will be:
Analysing Business processes as-is and to-be (BPMN 2.0).
Lead Customer interviews/workshops
Gather and redact functional specifications and requirements (Functional Analysis)
Create Gap analysis for specific requests
Create and prioritise user stories for our developers in our development tools
Manage changes to the project scope
Prepare test plans and scenarios
Preparing and performing user training
Generating user documentation with our tools
Project management for some specific projects
Project status communications with the customer and management
Use and continually develop consulting and analyst skills
Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
Perform other related tasks as assigned
Bachelor’s or Master degree or equivalent experience
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
D365 CE certifications is a plus
Working experience in business analysis (Waterfall and agile) is a plus
Our Solution Architect provides architectural guidance to the project team. Develop the overall enterprise CRM Architecture for the current portfolio of applications built upon various Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 versions, and the future architectural vision for the platform integration.

Develop the overall enterprise CRM Architecture for the current portfolio of applications built upon various Microsoft CRM Dynamics versions, and the future architectural vision for CRM platform integration.
Understand requirements, conduct requirements elaboration and create a design to be implemented by development teams.
Create the Solution Architecture Package that includes the initial business, systems, application, and data architectures for the new features and capabilities using an architecture framework
Develop a prioritized backlog of architectural/platform requirements as part of the CRM Platform Vision and Architectural Runway.
Create and maintain enterprise architecture and designs as part of the CRM Platform Vision and Architectural Runway in an iterative manner over the course of sprints and release.
Leverage and reuse the CRM architecture framework and platform information in the development of the architecture. Design CRM software components and code patterns which foster reusability and enterprise capabilities.
Support efforts to integrate MS Dynamics CRM with other systems and applications, to include troubleshooting existing web service integrations.
Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
Experience designing and implementing MS Dynamics 365 CE
An ability to articulate architectural differences between solution options and the challenges and approaches to integrating solutions built on different platforms.

· Help your clients - as a sparring partner - to deal with the change they are facing in a simple and humane way. You will be their personal coach.
· Be the leader of the change: you will analyze, evaluate, recommend, plan adoption and change management strategies and techniques as well as identify, anticipate, measure the impacts of these initiatives on the different dimensions of the organization you will be working for (your client).
· Be the maestro of the change: you will orchestrate the different stages of the adoption and change management plans: the sponsor roadmap, the communication plan, the training plan, the coaching plan, and the resistance management plan. You may be in the driving seat at some point, or you may also work in the background at other times.
· Use a robust methodology: you will mainly use the ADKAR methodology from PROSCI to achieve your missions. You will be the guardian of the process: as you are the leader of the change, you invite the different stakeholders and other leaders in the company to follow you in the smoothest way. Your goal is to ensure the business outcomes (solution adoption, people satisfaction, increased business results) are met at your client’s side.
· You will be accountable for your actions and for your operations: as the leader and the maestro of the change, you will have a clear view on your agenda and on the planning ahead of you when conducting your adoption and change management plans.
· You have experience in Change Management and can demonstrate concrete achievements
· You are Fluent in English, Dutch or/and French.
· Master's degree in Communications or in Psychology or equivalent experience in relevant areas with strong references.
· You have a creative mind, you are well organized in your tasks, you can show leadership and you can work autonomously. You are result-oriented, pragmatic, empathetic, assertive when needed and you are constantly looking for optimal solutions.
· You have great communication skills
· PROSCI change management methodology certification is a plus.
You're a problem solver, knowing the systems, applications, and processes that will make a client happy, no matter how complex the IT solution and integrating architecture. You bring expertise and creativity to designing activities and building system prototypes.
As a CRM Technical Developer, you will be familiar with one of the leading commercial CRM solutions. You will assist Business Elements delivery teams with CRM solution planning, analysis, designing, building, and testing.
You will be considered a product specialist that is also responsible for providing support in CRM issue, customer concern, and resolution.
Day-to-day you will:
Assist across all phases of Business Elements projects (e.g. Plan, Analyze, Design, Build, and Test)
Demonstrate technical knowledge to design and implement CRM solutions
Research customer issues that may be non-standard to offer solutions
Support design of conceptual architecture and technical solutions
Ensure project quality meets standards through critical metric identification and testing plan
Identify process gaps and work cross-functionally to formulate improvement plans.
