How will you contribute?

You will be member of a team of top professionals to deliver solutions based on the most recent technologies available. This team is organized to fit the needs of the project and the customer perfectly. You will have a backup of the best 70+ consultants in the market today. As Business Analyst, you will be the contact point for our customers and for your team for all functional aspects and knowledge of the project. Your main responsibilities will be:
Analysing Business processes as-is and to-be (BPMN 2.0).
Lead Customer interviews/workshops
Gather and redact functional specifications and requirements (Functional Analysis)
Create Gap analysis for specific requests
Create and prioritise user stories for our developers in our development tools
Manage changes to the project scope
Prepare test plans and scenarios
Preparing and performing user training
Generating user documentation with our tools
Project management for some specific projects
Project status communications with the customer and management
Use and continually develop consulting and analyst skills
Attend conferences and training as required to maintain proficiency
Perform other related tasks as assigned
Bachelor’s or Master degree
You have at least 2 years of experience in a similar position.
You are a Swiss knife.
Proven working experience in business analysis (Waterfall and agile)
Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Our Solution Architect provide architectural guidance to the project team. Develop the overall enterprise CRM Architecture for the current portfolio of applications built upon various Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 versions, and the future architectural vision for the platform integration.

Develop the overall enterprise CRM Architecture for the current portfolio of applications built upon various Microsoft CRM Dynamics versions, and the future architectural vision for CRM platform integration.
Understand requirements, conduct requirements elaboration and create a design to be implemented by development teams.
Create the Solution Architecture Package that includes the initial business, systems, application, and data architectures for the new features and capabilities using an architecture framework
Develop a prioritized backlog of architectural/platform requirements as part of the CRM Platform Vision and Architectural Runway.
Create and maintain enterprise architecture and designs as part of the CRM Platform Vision and Architectural Runway in an iterative manner over the course of sprints and release.
Leverage and reuse the CRM architecture framework and platform information in the development of the architecture. Design CRM software components and code patterns which foster reusability and enterprise capabilities.
Support efforts to integrate MS Dynamics CRM with other systems and applications, to include troubleshooting existing web service integrations.
Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, other Engineering, or equivalent
8 years of experience designing and implementing MS Dynamics CRM
Knowledge of different architectural frameworks applicable to CRM implementations.
An ability to articulate architectural differences between solution options and the challenges and approaches to integrating solutions built on different platforms.
Experience working in Agile environments; knowledge of Agile methodologies.
Experience integrating MS Dynamics with other systems and applications.
Experience as a MS Dynamics CRM Architect, Expert, or Developer.
Microsoft Dynamics CRM Certification
You communicate easily in English. French or Dutch required !
