Business Elements, a People First company, why?
Testimony of Gregory Bourguignon - Onboarding Manager
At Business Elements, we strive to be a People First company, putting our employees' well-being and development at the center of our business strategy. We believe that investing in our people is the key to success, and this philosophy is reflected in everything we do. To provide you with a better understanding of what it means to be a People First company, here is a testimony of Gregory Bourguignon who is our Onboarding Manager.
Gregory Bourguignon joined Business Elements as a Squad Lead and quickly realized that he wanted to take on a more people-oriented role. As he explains: "As a Project Manager at Business Elements in 2020, I quickly became interested in the company's strategic discussions and decision-making processes. However, a personal situation at the end of 2021 led me to reevaluate my priorities and focus on my passion for helping and supporting people.
With the support of Management, we identified an opportunity to put in place an onboarding process to better align with our "people first" culture. By collaborating with new hires and gathering feedback through surveys, we have developed a comprehensive onboarding program that focuses on learning, networking, and enjoyment.
As a result, all new colleagues, regardless of their role or experience, are able to benefit from this program and establish a strong internal network and a sense of belonging within their first two days at Business Elements. Our commitment to people first doesn't end there. We are continuously looking for ways to support and empower our colleagues, which is why we are currently developing a week-long Bootcamp to prepare new hires for their first client engagement. By prioritizing people at every stage of their journey with us, we are building a culture that fosters growth, collaboration, and excellence. At Business Elements, people first isn't just a catchphrase - it's the foundation of our culture."
