At National Lottery, the IT department helps four Business lines to realize their ambitions by acting as a trusted partner, delivering IT solutions and services to its players and other stakeholders efficiently and effectively, and through remote IT staff. Together with the IT department, we are proud to have achieved results in 2018: 447 million transactions with a maximum peak of almost 8000 transactions / min. 100% availability of the core drawing / gaming engines, and 99,97% availability of the channels, and successful start-up of corporate projects such as New Lotto, GDPR and New Retail Structure.

SOLUTIONS
Dynamics 365 CE is the heart of the New Retail Structure. From this platform are managed all information required for the National Lottery to operate. It goes from the prospection to the actual installation of the physical terminal in the points of sale but also the generation of the contracts, the onboarding of the new terminal users and so on.
Dynamics 365 Portal is the key platform to offer the partners all information related to new products, their invoices and much more.
Dynamics Power Platform is the tool used in order to generate the contracts, reminders and other communications towards partners. It is also used as an entry point for the retailer to propose the National Lottery products.
