Introducing QuoteBuilder Pro! – A Microsoft preferred solution to easily create tailormade quotes leveraging Dynamics 365 functionality and a user-friendly UX.  

QuoteBuilder is a very user centric interface embedded in Dynamics 365 forms to help users create and update their quotes with ease. It is built on top of Dataverse and does not interfere with the out-of-the-box functionality of Dynamics 365. It’s update-proof, maximizes new & existing functionalities and can be extended via custom development where configuration isn’t sufficient.   

Originally it was developed to improve the way quotes are built in Dynamics 365. Being able to drag/drop, add structure and quickly edit quote lines was much appreciated by many sales users who prefer to reduce the amount of clicks to get the job done.   

As Business Elements runs projects in various industries, our consultants have been able to introduce more and more functionalities to QuoteBuilder to support these industries up to a point where we simply chose to redevelop the whole solution to be able to cater for all these needs, leveraging the Dynamics 365 platform to the fullest. Some say it has become the most manageable CPQ for Dynamics 365.
